Indian Soup Toppings


My wife made this great green tomato soup the other day from the last of the tomatoes in our garden. I usually love to dip some old world bread into soup and top the soup off with something crunchy.

If you like Indian snacks you might want to consider topping off your soup with mixture and or banana chips (Kerala style, fried in coconut oil). These are crunchy and the mixture can give the soup a spicy kick.

Make sure you eat the soup before the toppings get soggy!! Here is a picture of the soup I had the other day.
